After some time working in sales and recruitment, Carol found her niche as an “organiser” working for the British Army. Her first “posting” was in Canada where it appears the tax payer sends our boys for skiing holidays. Carol’s job was handling the logistics of these three month tours from accommodation to transport and from payroll to speedboat hire?

Then moving to Germany she worked in the Army’s HQ running the logistics of the building from computer equipment, conference requirements (including video conferencing) to paper, paint and toilet rolls! “If you can ensure the Army has enough Andrex, keeping Peter, Jon and a portfolio of tenants organised is all in a day’s work” said Carol when she thought they were out of the room!

Out of the office it’s Alfie her son who needs organising (he’s the one on the left) and apart from socialising and reading she also displays a worrying passion for West Ham United. Oh well, no one’s perfect …
