We are excited to announce Emma Byrne will be joining us from Knight Frank’s West End (Central London) Lease Consultancy Team. Emma currently advises and negotiates critical lease events and general landlord and tenant matters across the West End, City and Midtown. She has experience as an Expert Witness, provides advice to vendors and purchasers of office and mixed use investments regarding asset management opportunities and provides occupational strategy advice to tenants who are relocating or withdrawing from a building.

Emma will be working closely with Peter and Jon on a wide range of instructions including the management of the Crown Estate’s coastal portfolio in East Anglia and the River Thames.

Peter commented “I am looking forward to experiencing the enthusiasm a younger surveyor brings to the practice albeit Emma has a wealth of additional experience having worked for CBRE and Knight Frank. My only concern is her current boss at Knight Frank says she likes to organise outward bound expeditions for her work colleagues. I’m not sure whether I will be up to the task!”

Emma joined Morley Riches & Ablewhite at the end of April.  Emma commented “I am delighted to have joined such a dynamic firm.  The scope of work undertaken by Morley Riches & Ablewhite is vast and extremely varied.
