Our clients instruct us to act on their behalf to manage the service and estate management charges incurred by occupiers that fund the costs of running a building or estate they own. For clients utilising this service, we take the responsibility for demanding, chasing and collecting all services and estate charges relating to a property. We organise contractors to provide the necessary services, settle their invoices and provide annual reconciled statements that record the monies collected, and the expenditure and performance against the budget.
