Morley Riches & Ablewhite, acting on behalf of award-winning local developer Lexden Restorations Limited are excited to announce they have let a new office building to Ellisons solicitors. The building, known as The Bath House, is just under 4,000 sq. ft. and benefits from exclusive car parking.  It is part of the Colchester Garrison re-development being located immediately south of the town centre. Ellisons will house their Insurance Litigation department, run by partner Robert Jones in the building and will be relocating staff from Head Street. The letting is one of the largest office lettings in the town centre in recent years.   Ellisons were represented by Fenn Wright’s Colchester office.

The photograph, taken at the signing of the lease on site shows (L to R) Jon Ablewhite and Peter Riches (Morley Riches & Ablewhite), Jonathan Frank (Lexden Restorations), Guy Longhurst (Ellisons) and James Angell (Fenn Wright).
